Each level is an ELO bracket. Level 10 starts at 2001 ELO and is the ceiling; level 8+ is the usual entry bar for serious hubs and tournaments.

When to pick this format

Level boost or ELO boost, which one should I pick?
Level mode targets a badge from 1 to 10; ELO mode targets an exact number. If you need a specific figure inside a level, for example 2100, go with the ELO format.
Can I lose the level afterwards?
