01How long does a CS2 boost take?
Short ranges are usually done within a day or two, larger orders move in steady chunks of a few hundred ELO per day. The exact estimate is shown in the calculator before you pay and is repeated inside the order. The Express option puts your order at the front of the queue.
02How much does CS2 boosting cost?
It depends on the mode and the range: going from 1500 to 2000 ELO costs less than 2500 to 3000. The calculator on this page gives you the exact number: pick your start and your goal and the total appears instantly. No hidden fees are added later.
03Can I get boosted without giving away my account?
Yes. Pick the «Play with a booster» option and you play on your own account in the same lobby as the booster. Your account never leaves your hands, and you pick up the habits of a much stronger teammate along the way.
04Is it safe to hand over my account?
Only the booster assigned to your order sees the login, and only while the order is running. No third-party software, no cheats, everything is played by hand. When the order is finished we recommend changing your password and enabling Steam Guard.
05Can I get banned for boosting on Steam, FACEIT or Premier?
Steam bans are handed out for cheats, and we never touch them. On FACEIT and Premier the risk is kept minimal by careful play and sane session lengths: our boosters know the limits of each platform. If anything comes up, support handles it with you.
06Will anyone find out that I bought a boost?
No. Order data goes nowhere, and nothing in your profile hints at a boost. The booster does not message your friends, does not touch your profile settings and does not open your inventory.

09How can I pay?
Payments go through crypto: Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT, USDC and other major coins. Nothing is charged to a card, so no boosting line ever shows up on your bank statement. The order starts right after the payment is confirmed, usually with a booster assigned within five minutes.
10Can I get a refund?
Yes. If a booster has not started yet, you get the full amount back. If the order is partly done, we recalculate by what was actually delivered and refund the difference. Requests go through support or your account.
